Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for sized items only (shoes and clothes), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Bags and other accessories are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the anti-wardrobing tag has been removed, we are unable to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return shipping instructions (please note return shipping costs must be covered by the customer). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as non-sized items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note we cannot accept returns on bags and other accessories or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your return-eligible item/s for an item available on our site, please contact us to arrange. In some cases we may be able to hold the item you want to exchange for until we receive and process your item. Otherwise, you'll be provided with a store credit upon your return for you to use towards another purchase on our site.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via a store credit.
